A strong vision only matters if it leads to action. I turn strategy into execution by defining success, building the path to get there, and iterating until the results show. What matters most not only gets done—it gets done well.

Too much to do and not enough time? I free up headspace by owning the high-stakes work leaders don’t have capacity for. I shape thinking, surface blind spots, and clear blockers so they can stay focused on what only leaders can do.

Scaling fast often means building on the fly. From AI tools to systems and rituals, I create what teams need to grow, stay focused, and consistently deliver great work. I build for now, but always with what’s next in mind.

When no one connects the dots, even high performers get stuck. I help to break silos, bring teams onto the same page, and make sure decisions get made so progress doesn’t stall. Especially in remote or fast-moving environments.

I do my best work in messy, high-pressure situations where no one’s sure what’s wrong, but everyone feels it. I get to the root, design human-centred solutions, and make change people get behind—with a healthy dose of optimism.
