Nurturing the disadvantaged to create a better future.
Stepping Stones is a non-profit organisation that improves the education and general welfare of disadvantaged children in China. As a Board Director, I ensured effective planning and resource allocation, assessed performance and progress on a regular basis, and made decisions always keeping the mission and vision in mind.
In addition to the Board Meetings, I participated in their I Care Project in migrant schools and a week-long rural trip teaching English to the children in the local primary schools. For their 10th Anniversary, Paper Stone Scissors gave Stepping Stones a brand refresh and created a new identity, stationery and collateral that provided a fun yet professional image.
